Loqui Strategies

1. Purpose
These Terms of Reference define the scope, responsibilities, and mutual expectations between Loqui Strategies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you”) for coaching, facilitation, and support services related to leadership communication, presence, and professional development.
Loqui Strategies offers personalized, discreet coaching for professionals who value impact over flash, and clarity over noise. Our aim is to help you speak with conviction, lead with credibility, and build trust without compromising authenticity.
2. Scope of Services
Loqui Strategies provides (but is not limited to) the following services:
- 1:1 Communication & Leadership Coaching
- Public Speaking and Leadership Presence Support
- Workshop Facilitation and Moderation
- “Just-In-Time” Support for High-Stakes Moments
Each engagement will be defined in a written proposal or agreement, tailored to the client’s goals and preferences.
3. Confidentiality and Discretion
We operate with the highest level of discretion.
- All sessions and communications are strictly confidential.
- We will not disclose any client information without written consent.
- We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
Client privacy is central to our philosophy and practice.
4. Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities:
- Attend scheduled sessions on time.
- Engage honestly and with a spirit of openness.
- Provide sufficient notice (min. 24 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Uphold mutual respect throughout the engagement.
Loqui Strategies’ Responsibilities:
- Deliver services as outlined in the engagement scope.
- Provide a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Offer insights, tools, and support tailored to your needs.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees will be agreed upon prior to the start of services.
- Payment is due as per the terms outlined in the invoice (typically due upon receipt or within 7 days).
- Services may be paused or rescheduled if payment is delayed.
- Accepted payment methods include [e.g., invoice, Stripe, e-Transfer, or direct deposit].
6. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited without refund, unless due to extenuating circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, frameworks, and materials shared by Loqui Strategies (e.g., “Speak Your Mind Clear™”) remain the intellectual property of Loqui Strategies and may not be copied, repurposed, or distributed without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Loqui Strategies provides support, tools, and guidance based on professional experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for your actions and decisions during and after the engagement.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:
- Sessions already delivered will be billed accordingly.
- Any outstanding payments are still required.
- If prepaid, unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion (minus administrative fees, if applicable).
10. Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Loqui Strategies, you agree to these Terms of Reference. A formal contract or service agreement may accompany these terms depending on the nature of the engagement.
